Intrinsically Safe Rated Capacity Indicators that are designed for offshore cranes that operate in hazardous areas.

Designed to clearly display the safe working loads (crane curves), hook loads, boom angle/length, radius, hoist rope falls, duty, boom tip height and more.  Combined with optional devices to get additional operational data such as AGOP/GOP activation, wind speed, boom slew and hook position all through the one display.

Innovative graphical displays that allow operators to review critical operational parameters defined in colour with a simple glance.

Designed specifically to adhere to most global Rated Capacity Limiter and control requirements in accordance with ISO 61508.  A full range of sensors for both hoist rope tension load monitoring and load moment is available.  Also included are mathematical modelling capabilities that can utilise manufacturer's mass, dimensional and CG data for load calculations.

We offer a range of robust and reliable angle sensors including 0 to 90 degree Electronic Angle Sensors and Boom Angle Sensors.  A selection of innovative wireless versions of Boom Angle Sensors are also available.

Available on request are a range of robust and extremely reliable crane camera systems for both onshore and offshore requirements.  There are specifically designed to promote the efficiency and safety of both the crane and its operator.

A range of Marine, Offshore and Mining Dynamometers available with a single maximum rope pull up to 24 metric tonnes and hoist ropes up to 39 mm in size.

While our extensive selection of double-ended shear-beam Load Pins range from 1,000 to 3,000 kg in rated capacity.

We offer four different versions of Boom Length and ATB Recoil Drums along with a specific Length and Angle 4 Payout version.  All are steel housed, zinc plated and powder coated.

While our tension cells come in both Stainless Steel (variations available from 100 kg to 100 tonne) and Aluminium versions depending on your specific requirements.

Our Lightning Protection Units are suitable for both single winch and twin cranes we offer surge voltage protection units which serves to limit eventual surge voltages in intrinsically safe circuits.

Suitable for temperature ranges from -40°C to +80°C (class T4) and compatible with 20 mm HEYCO glands for cable entry.

Our wind direction sensor have been designed to reliably and accurately measure direction and speed, even under the most adverse environmental conditions.

These solutions are particularly useful in remote or unattended applications where both high winds and heavy icing conditions are possible.  Only the best materials such as anodized aluminium and stainless steel are used in when producing these systems.

Our Anti Collision and Zoning (or Overfly Control) systems are designed to prevent cranes from flying over no-go zones or colliding when there are a number of cranes on a site.

The Anti Collision and Zoning system can detect the weight of load lifted, ground radius and angle of the crane.  Each crane is fitted a number of sensors for each measured parameter, these are then displayed in the operator’s cab to keep them updated.

Mark areas of interest with Location based Geo Fences.  Utilise these to track asset usage in agreed areas and improve asset utilisation.

Measure time spent at the construction sites or discover unauthorized asset usage.  Or utilise Geo Fences to set specific schedules and track arrivals and departures of assets to work sites or client projects.

Crane operator fatigue is an all too common contributor to fatal and serious operational incidents globally.  And unfortunately the trend of fatigue related incidents is not one that is decreasing.

Recognising that an operator is fatigued used to be very difficult however advances in technology now allow managers to detect and measure operator fatigue as it’s happening in the crane and intervene before it is too late.

Know about and act on critical equipment and asset events.  Receive notification via a number of means such as SMS, Email and App and ensure you have peace of mind that if something important happens you will know about it.

Or simply report on non-critical violations such after-hours usage and ensure you are informed and able to act as and when required.
